For over 35 years, Dahs GmbH has been a specialist in the field of crane systems, lifting equipment, and industrial doors.
Dahs GmbH, based in Buchholz, was founded in 1986. A continuous expansion and optimization of our products has contributed to the steady growth of the company.

• 1987: Start of inspections on crane systems and lifting equipment
• 1990: Start of inspections on power-operated doors
• 1993: Start of crane system construction
• 1994: Significant expansion of the workforce
• 1997: Planning of the new company building in 53567 Buchholz
• 1999: Move to the new company headquarters
• 2002: Significant expansion of the workforce
• 2007: Enlargement/extension of the company headquarters
• 2010: Largest contract partner for crane components of SWF Krantechnik GmbH
• 2013: Dahs GmbH Crane Systems - Industrial Doors is founded
• 2014: Certified for in-house production control according to EN 1090
• 2014: Welding certificate EN1090-2:2008 + A1:2011, EXC1, EXC2 and EXC3
• 2017: Appointment of our Managing Director, Mr. Philipp Jost
• 2024: Dahs GmbH operates as a sister company of SHT Suhler Hebezeugtechnik GmbH and Vetten Krane GmbH, meaning that they operate under the same parent company, yet work independently. This new structure enables the companies to leverage their respective strengths and create synergies, while maintaining their own identities and business strategies.
